I can't log in to the Fleet Commander Online website - what do I do?

After the Purchasing Card Team creates your Department Coordinator status with US Bank's fuel card program, you will receive two emails from Fleet Commander Online titled "New User Automated Email FCO." One email will contain your User ID and the other will provide a temporary password. Please contact US Bank at 1-800-987-6591 if login is unsuccessful.

I'm locked out of the Fleet Commander Online, what do I do?

Call Voyager Service Point Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-987-6591. You may be required to answer some identifying questions.

I received an email from US Bank Voyager Fleet Program regarding decline of fuel card. For example, “Too many attempts by driver.” What should I do?

  • Contact the PurCard Team and provide driver’s name and PIN number.
  • The PurCard Team will contact US Bank to resolve the issue and will notify you of their response.

I'm having issues pumping gas at a station after hours, what do I do?

Call the Voyager Fleet Program at 1-800-987-6591. US Bank Voyager Fleet Program is open 24/7 and will assist you.

I need to add another coordinator to our department, what is the process?

Please email the PurCard Team with the following information about the new coordinator:

  • Department name
  • Name
  • Net ID
  • Email address
  • Campus address
  • Zip code
  • Phone number

I want to add, delete or transfer a vehicle - what do I do?

Email the PurCard Team with the following information:
To add new vehicle: 

  • Department name
  • Vehicle plate number
  • Vehicle ID number (VIN)
  • Make
  • Model
  • Year of vehicle

Allow 7-10 days for processing of card and delivery to the Disbursement Center.

To delete a vehicle: 

  • Department name
  • Vehicle ID number
  • Plate number
  • Effective date

To transfer a vehicle from one department to another department: 

  • Existing department name
  • Vehicle ID number
  • Plate number
  • Name of receiving department
  • Effective date

Note: Cards cannot be transferred from one department to another. The existing card will need to be canceled once the new card is received for the new department (allow 7-10 business days for processing).

How long does it take to receive a vehicle fuel card once we submit the request?

  • The PurCard Team strives to order the fuel card the same day, or next business day as we receive a department's email request.
  • We will email the department confirming the order has been placed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the US Bank Voyager Fleet Program to process and mail the card to the Disbursement Center.

I want to add, terminate or transfer a driver, what do I do?

Email PurCard Team with the following information:
To add a new driver:

  • Department name
  • Driver name
  • Employee ID

To remove a driver:

  • Department name
  • Driver name

To transfer a driver:

  • Existing department name
  • New department
  • Driver's name
  • Driver's PIN

Please note: Additions, removals and transfers of drivers are effective once the PurCard Team makes the change in the US Bank Voyager Fleet Program system. The PurCard Team will send you confirmation by email.

What do I do with fuel receipts and cardholder agreement forms?

The fuel receipts and cardholder agreement forms are the responsibility of the Department Coordinator. They should be maintained by the department and available upon request or review, for seven years (this can be stored electronically).
