The Financial Analysis & Budgeting (FAB) office prepares, monitors, and reports on the University budget. The Budget Office administers the University’s annual budgeting process, including the University's incentive-based budgeting model, and provides timely, accurate financial analysis and advice to decision-makers at UVM. FAB monitors the status of the budget for the current year to make sure that it stays in balance and develops projections and estimates for the budget for the coming year(s).
