Operating System Navigation

Unable to consume content on the web without assistance. Able to consume information on the web but not comfortable with sifting through the content or sharing content on the web. Safe user of web resources; understands importance of source credibility; able to post and share content on the web and understands browser basics.

Hardware & Software

Hard drives, processors, memory, network cards, virus protection, malware, application version, installation and updates.
Unable resolve common computing issues and unclear about configuration considerations for a PC. Able to use a PC and can generally function with the PC but uncomfortable with troubleshooting general computing issues. Understands basic components of a client PC, how those components affect performance, data and usability; comfortable with installing & updating applications, drivers and OS upgrades.
