Graduate Programs Director
Job Summary: Oversee administrative and operational aspects of the graduate programs in the Grossman School of Business including the Sustainable Innovation MBA (SI-MBA) and Master of Accountancy (MAcc) programs in coordination with the Academic Directors. Coordinate and provide operational oversight of recruitment, retention and delivery of academic services. Oversee the development and implementation of operational and administrative procedures and systems, ensure the execution of program marketing, branding and recruitment strategies. Manage stakeholder relationships and partnerships, oversee educational events and workshops, oversee development and execution of career planning for graduate students, and manage program operating budgets. Participate in development and management of growth strategies to enhance and strengthen student, faculty and alumni relations in support of the Grossman School of Business strategic goals and initiatives particularly sustainable business principles.
HR & Financial Assistant
Job Summary: Provide HR, finance, and operational support within the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Initiate, verify and process financial transactions, including contracts and requisitions, expense reports, purchasing card reconciliation, journal entries and budget transfers. Review, analyze, reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Provide guidance to staff, faculty and students on University HR and finance policies and procedures. Initiate personnel transactions related to hiring, recruitment, compensation, and separation. Maintain and monitor HR and financial records. Serve as the contact person for building operation matters such as phones, supplies, signage, key/card access, space maintenance projects, safety/logistics, etc. Provide administrative support for sponsored projects. Provide support to the Business Manager and Assistant Dean of Administration.
Faculty Support Generalist
Job Summary: Provide administrative support to faculty in the Grossman School of Business (GSB) by performing logistical support, such as printing and collating class materials, exams, documents, correspondence, collection and maintenance of syllabi files, and resource coordination. In collaboration with the Business Manager and Dean’s Assistant, responsible for management, coordination and record maintenance of the Faculty Reappointment, Promotion and Tenure (RPT) process, sabbatical process, and Faculty Annual Review process. Assist with general office support functions. Assist with faculty recruitment logistics and provide faculty onboarding support. Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean. Assist GSB Dean’s office staff with special projects in support of administration, programs and initiatives. Exercise discretion in use and disclosure of highly sensitive, confidential and/or time-dependent materials. This is a 9-month, 1.0 FTE position.
