All advising appointments, including ones already scheduled to take place (ex: Sophomore Advising), will be held on Microsoft Teams. You can find details on the program and how to download it (free of charge) here: At the time of your appointment, your advisor will initiate a video/voice call with you. Please make sure the application is open. If you cannot access Microsoft Teams (due to lack of internet access etc.), please e-mail your advisor with a phone number where you can be reached.

*We are not holding “Open Office Hours” at this time. However, our Center for Student Success advising team is readily available by e-mail.

  • Students advised by a GSB Center for Student Success Advisor – Please continue to utilize your assigned advisor – you can reach them via e-mail. If they think an appointment would be best, they will schedule one with you. You can also schedule appointments through Navigate – but these meetings will take place via Microsoft Teams.
  • Students advised by GSB Faculty – If you have a question that you would ask our advising team during our “Drop-In/Open Office Hours” – please e-mail those questions to Our advising team will be monitoring this inbox.
