The University of Vermont Grossman School of Business is pleased to launch the Trail Blazers Leadership Program, including:

• Mentoring program with Grossman School of Business and UVM Alumni, including members of the Grossman School's Board of Advisors
• Monthly catered networking lunches
  • Semester kick-off events with industry speakers
  • Leadership skills development workshops
  • Research projects or research techniques seminar
• Emphasis on experiential learning
  • Student funding for experiential learning opportunities such as study abroad, case and pitch competitions, leadership conferences and student research
  • Leadership immersion trips
• Job shadow day 
• Community service project
• Student-led media projects, utilizing the new Bain Multimedia Studio at the UVM Grossman School of Business
• Students selected for this program will live together as a cohort in the University Heights - South residence hall
