Learning to Lead
The GSB Trail Blazers Leadership program offers high achieving students a unique set of professional development, leadership, and engagement opportunities. Our program welcomes approximately 12 students per year, with our first GSB Trail Blazers cohort set to graduate in May 2027.
The program offers:
Cohort based housing in U Heights for Years 1 and 2 building community and establishing an early peer group as students arrive to campus
First Friday Leadership lunches featuring guests across a range of leadership roles and styles
Access to exclusive workshops on leadership and professional development topics (goal setting, navigating challenges, resilience, networking, developing your elevator pitch, etiquette)
Professional Development opportunities including site visits, job shadowing and engagement with alumni and guest speakers
Mentorship and engagement opportunities with leaders from a range of professional backgrounds (BOA, alumni and faculty)
Cohort focused experiential opportunities including case competitions, leadership opportunities, and Career Treks
