UVM has implemented Ellucian's Central Workspace as it's main campus portal system. myUVM provides students, staff and faculty all the needed resources they may need throughout their day, and a key point of entry for many of the universities work places processes.

Students

myUVM provides students with convenient access to academic, financial, and campus resources. Students can review their records, manage financial aid and billing information, and quickly connect to services such as Brightspace, Outlook Online, and other university tools.

Faculty

myUVM provides instructors, department chairs, and deans with convenient access to teaching, advising, and administrative resources. Faculty can use the Student Information System to manage course information and academic processes, while chairs and deans have access to additional reports and tools

Staff

myUVM provides employees with convenient access to campus systems and workplace resources, including PeopleSoft, Outlook Online, and other tools used across the university. Staff can explore additional employee-focused resources from the Work tab.

About 

Central Workspace has been built to with seamless design to deliver a consistent, modern interface across devices with fewer logins and faster access to essential resources, connecting to other UVM services, and information about upcoming process deadlines or events. 

The overall experience of myUVM is unique to the individual user, some cards are set to show on your dashboard by default, however users can add and remove cards, to craft a personalized dashboard that reflect their everyday needs.

myUVM receives vendor updates from Ellucian on a monthly basis to remediate reported bugs, improve performance, and add new features.
