How do I order a transcript if I can’t use the online form?
Students unable to use the online form should contact our office to obtain a paper request form. A standard transcript form can be provided upon request. We are required by law to have your signature in order to release your transcripts.
Normal processing time for transcripts requested via the form is 2-5 business days unless rush service is requested.
Why haven't I received my transcript(s)?
There are several reasons why you may not have received your transcript within the time frame you were expecting. All transcripts are sent via USPS mail. We cannot guarantee when your transcript(s) will be delivered by the Post Office.
There are also certain circumstances in which we are unable to process your request. If you have not received your transcripts, holds on your account or a failure to provide us with your signature are among the most common reasons which may have prevented us from processing your request. Please note that we cannot process your transcript request in the event that you are financially indebted to the University. Additionally, federal law requires that we have your signature in order to release your academic records.
If I fax my request, do I also need to mail the hard copy?
We no longer require that you follow up a faxed transcript request with a hard copy, although we encourage all students to fill out the online request form instead.
Can I request a transcript over the phone?
No. Federal law requires that we obtain your signature in order to release your transcripts.

The records of Trinity College students are held by the Office of the Registrar at Saint Michael's College. Contact them by calling 802-654-2571 or using the online transcript request service from St. Michael’s College.
