Your UVM transcript is a comprehensive academic record.

It reflects all UVM academic coursework completed, degrees awarded, and credit earned by examination, as well as credit for courses that were transferred from other institutions.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Registrar's Office will be closed for Winter Break from Tuesday, December 24 until Thursday, January 2. There may be a slight delay in processing transcript requests (to be mailed or picked up) submitted December 23-January 2. There is never a delay when requesting an electronic transcript.

How to Request Your Transcript

Current Students

If you have an active myUVM account, log in to myUVM to request your transcript. Current students will find the transcript request link on the Registrar page.

Alumni and Former Students

Most alumni and former students have a myUVM account even if they did not have one when they attended UVM. Alumni/former students will find the transcript request link on the Alumni page in myUVM. If you are not sure whether you have an active myUVM account, please try activating your account online by choosing Set up your NetID or Reset a forgotten NetID password.

After you have activated your account, you should be able to log in to myUVM to request your transcript.
