Amber (she/her) is a native Philadelphian committed to advancing inclusionary excellence in STEM and health professions—especially within non-clinical and administrative spaces. She holds a Bachelor’s in Biology/Secondary Education from East Stroudsburg University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Champlain College. Amber is especially fascinated by the intersections of art and STEM, where creativity sparks new ways of thinking.
Amber is most energized when helping people recognize and develop their potential while improving the systems that shape their experience. She's naturally drawn to understanding how people grow, how organizations function, and how leadership can create environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Amber's long-term goal is to use leadership and operational influence to strengthen workplace culture, employee development, and organizational effectiveness, particularly within healthcare settings.
