Partner Tiers
At the heart of our program is a Personalized Recruiting Strategy Session - offered to partners at every level - to map out a year of events and activities aligned with your hiring cycles to effectively connect you to UVM students.
This is a fee-for-service campus recruiting program. Fees are not eligible for tax deduction.
Special Rates: We are proud to offer a $500 savings to nonprofits, government agencies, and woman-, LGBTQ-, POC- owned businesses. We also work with small VT businesses to find options that work in any budget.

- Utilize UVM’s recruiting platforms (i.e., Handshake & Parker Dewey)
- Adhere to UVM’s recruiting policies
- Provide annual hiring metrics: how many folks applied, interviewed, or were hired
- Provide compensation to UVM interns who are hired
- Provide branded collateral (e.g., logo, banner, video) as desired
