Starting July 2023, our three (3) tiered Partnership Program will maximize your recruiting success through a robust set of options to connect with campus, build relationships, increase brand recognition, and develop a pipeline of talent that serves your workforce needs. At the heart of our program is a Personalized Recruiting Strategy Session - offered to partners at every level - to map out a year of events/activities aligned with your hiring cycles.

Partner Levels

Cat Combo ($1000)

Cat Combo: Looking for an easy and efficient way to plan, pay, and participate in annual recruiting events? This bundle includes two (2) fairs - of your choice, with an extra recruiter at each plus on-campus interview rooms - and two (2) tabling sessions in the student center. Additionally, this introductory level affords you access to a strategy session with the Career Center and targeted promotion across our social media channels.

Cat Special: Following our commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, we are proud to offer the Cat Combo with internship consultation to nonprofits, government agencies, and woman-, LGBTQ-, POC- owned businesses with a $500 discount. We are also happy to meet with any small VT business to discuss options that work in your budget.

Green Partner ($3500)

Looking to create a dynamic annual recruitment strategy that goes beyond the standard recruiting events? In addition to everything in the Cat Combo level, Green Partners get connected directly with our Career Interest Groups and student clubs to boost brand recognition across campus, and direct consultation with our Internship Coordinator to launch, expand, or deepen your internship program. Additionally, a 10% discount on educational programs for employees offered by UVM Professional and Continuing Education (PACE).

Gold Partner ($7500)

Gold Partners receive concierge services to expand and deepen their engagement across campus. Create a targeted recruiting day on campus, enjoy full access to events/networking opportunities plus invitations from campus partners and faculty to participate in programs and classes. Amplify your brand with career fair booth in a premium location and display your banner/logos in high profile locations across campus. Plus, a 20% discount on professional development opportunities for your company through UVM's Professional and Continuing Education (PACE).

Partner Commitments

  • Utilize UVM’s recruiting platforms (i.e., Handshake & Parker Dewey)
  • Adhere to UVM’s recruiting policies
  • Provide annual hiring metrics: how many folks applied, interviewed, or were hired
  • Provide compensation to UVM interns who are hired
  • Provide branded collateral (e.g., logo, banner, video) as desired
