Starting July 2023, our three (3) tiered Employer Partnership Program (EPP) will maximize your recruiting success through a robust set of options to connect with campus, build relationships, increase brand recognition, and develop a pipeline of talent that serves your workforce needs. The EPP was built to help you recruit students and alums with the skills and experiences your needs.

At the heart of our program is a Personalized Recruiting Strategy Session - offered to partners at every level - to map out a year of events/activities aligned with your hiring cycles to effectively connect you to UVM students who are engaged in active learning that fosters innovation and a global mindset.

Special Rates: Following our commitment to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, we are proud to offer a $500 discount to nonprofits, government agencies, and woman-, LGBTQ-, POC- owned businesses.
