This alum-led panel and networking session opens a window into finance careers, hosted by the Grossman School of Business (GSB) features panelists from all facets of the financial world, from CEOs to presidents, partners to managers, and lawyers to advisors.
Hosted by University of Vermont (UVM) alumnus and Grossman Board of Advisors Member James Flicker '87, CFA Managing Director, TAP Advisors, and Grossman School of Business board member, this is an opportunity for UVM students to hear from some of the best professionals in the finance industry and make connections that could help job and internship searches. GSB students are strongly encouraged to attend and earn PEAKs points.

Adis Muminović will walk students through a restructuring that he managed at Swiss Re. The case study will explore various issues including:
- How to tackle the basics of a DCF model
- Restructurings in private debt
- Modeling best practices
- Illustrate which basic pillars of a DCF model are most important
- The role analysts have in communicating the impact/analysis of the model
- How AI impacts the analysis process

Anothny Rokovich is a Managing Director with Moelis a & Co in the real estate, lodging and leisure sectors. Anthony will present a transaction that has been adopted as a Harvard case study.

Aaron Goldstein '19
Aaron Goldstein is a Senior Associate on the structured capital team. Prior to joining Viking in 2025, Aaron was a Senior Associate at Onex Falcon, an Investment Banking Analyst at Progress Partners, and a member of the rotational leadership program at State Street. Aaron received a B.S. in finance from the University of Vermont.
Eric Krawitt '92
Eric Krawitt was raised in Shelburne, VT and is a graduate of Champlain Valley Union High School. Currently Eric is a Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in the San Francisco office. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with the firm since 1993. By putting his clients first and sincerely caring about helping them achieve their financial and life goals, Eric has developed a successful practice dedicated to building long-lasting relationships. Eric works with a goals first approach, taking the time to understand his clients’ financial goals to determine what financial tools are needed to achieve these goals. Eric’s enthusiasm for the financial services industry came from reading about Warren Buffet and an internship at Merrill Lynch in the Burlington, Vermont office while attending UVM. Eric graduated from the University of Vermont with a major in Political Science and Economics, where he was captain of the Cross Country and Track Teams.
Outside the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, he has two sons. Eric is a member in the University of Vermont San Francisco Regional Board, AAEP (Foundation for the Horse), and is active in the running community.
Marie Mastro '93
Marie is a Vice President and Stable Value Portfolio Manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, responsible for portfolio construction and management of stable value portfolios. Marie joined Goldman Sachs in 2012, as part of the firm’s acquisition of Dwight Asset Management Company, LLC, where she was responsible for stable value client management, third-party manager oversight, and stable value research and analytics. She is a member of the Board of Economic Advisors to the New York State Assembly Ways and Means Committee. Marie earned a BS in Business Administration and MBA from the University of Vermont.
Adis Muminović '16
Adis Muminović is currently working as Business Manager at Swiss Re, a large reinsurance company. His main focus is to support the Private Debt sub asset class. Prior to this position, Adis spent ~2.5 years as an analyst at a real estate PE firm. That was the last stop of a couple real estate stints including investment sales and mortgage origination.
Adis began in a portfolio valuation role focused on clients invested in US middle market loans after earning a B.S. from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business in 2016 with a concentration in accounting and finance. Adis resides in Connecticut with his wife, a graduate of the Grossman School '18, and two children.

Paula Poss is a proven business and IT executive with a successful record defining and implementing digital transformation solutions in growth-stage and Fortune 500 businesses. A high energy leader who combines a broad strategic orientation with a commitment to achieving business outcomes, Paula is known for their ability to bring C-level leaders and other key stakeholders together to set goals and deliver results.

Anthony Rokovich '89
Anthony Rokovich is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the real estate, lodging and leisure sector. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience working on strategic and financing transactions. Prior to Moelis & Company, Anthony was a Managing Director in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group at UBS. He previously worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch.
Anthony holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
