Confirm your enrollment at UVM.

An enrollment verification is an official document that confirms your enrollment at UVM for a specific period of time. Enrollment verifications may be required to defer student loans, qualify for health insurance coverage, receive a reduced rate at local ski areas, or prove eligibility for discounted car insurance.

How to Receive Your Enrollment Verification

The quickest and easiest way to get your enrollment verification is online. Unless you are requesting a specific form which needs to be completed by our office, you can print a verification certificate directly from your computer by following these simple steps:

  • Log-in to myUVM.
  • Go to the Registrar tab and click on "enrollment verification" in the My Verification section.
  • Once you have successfully signed in, you also can view loan deferment notifications that have been sent to lenders (such as VSAC) and any certificates that have been provided to health insurers or other organizations.

Verification Forms

If you have a specific form that needs to be completed by our office, you can drop it off at the Student Service Center on the third floor of the Waterman Building or send it to us through the mail. Please plan on three to five days processing time once we have received your form.

Medical Students

UVM Larner College of Medicine students will find licensing, verification, and credentialing information on our medical student verification page.
