Major/Co-Major Applications
Major/Co-Major	Who Needs to Apply	How to Apply
Biomedical and Clinical Sciences	All students	Complete the BMCS application.
Business Administration Co-Major	All students	Check with your home unit’s Student Services Office to determine if the Business Administration Co-Major is accepted by your School or College and will be possible within your remaining degree requirements. Complete the Co-Major application. Once you have met with a GSB advisor and have satisfied the prerequisite requirements, you will receive notification of your admissibility. Please stop by the Grossman School of Business Center for Student Success, Kalkin 100, if you have any questions.
College of Arts and Sciences Co-Majors	All students transferring into a different unit	Once the transfer has been completed, you can declare the CAS co-majors from the change major form.
Communication Sciences and Disorders	All students	Complete the CSD application.
English: Individually Designed Concentration	Arts and Sciences students	Students interested in pursuing an individually designed concentration in English need approval from their advisor and the Director of Undergraduate Advising.
Exercise Science	All students	Complete the Exercise Science application.
Environmental Sciences: Self Designed Concentration	All students	Students interested in developing a self-designed curriculum track should first contact RSENR Student Services for more information about the application process.
Individually/Self Designed	Agriculture and Life Sciences students	Learn more about pursing a Self-Designed Major

Medical Radiation Sciences	All students	Complete the MRS application.
Music	Arts and Sciences students	All students interested in majoring in Music (with the exception of the Technology and Business concentration) must first pass an entrance audition on an instrument or voice.
Music Education	Education and Social Services students	Students interested in majoring in Music Education must first pass an entrance audition on an instrument or voice.
Nursing	All students	Complete the Nursing application.
Public Health Sciences	All students	Complete the PHS application.
Studio Art	All students	Complete the Art application (PDF) and send it to Pamela Fraser, Program Head, Art and Art History.
Environmental Sciences	Arts and Sciences students	Students interested in declaring a major in Environmental Sciences should first contact Professor Char Mehrtens.

Minor Applications
Minor	Who Needs to Apply	How to Apply
Accounting	All students not in the Grossman School of Business	Check with your home unit’s Student Services Office to determine if the minor in Accounting is accepted by your School or College and will be possible within your remaining degree requirements. Complete the accounting minor application. Once you have met with a GSB advisor and have satisfied the prerequisite requirements, you will receive notification of your admissibility. American Sign Language	All students	Students wishing to declare a minor in American Sign Language must submit an ASL application for entrance.
Art	All students	Complete the Art application (PDF) and send it to Pamela Fraser, Program Head, Art and Art History.
