Jessi started in 2021 in a new grant proposal developer position, partnering with individual investigators and research teams to provide comprehensive proposal support from concept to submission. Think of her as a pre-pre-award support person to develop proposals, provide editing and improve responsiveness to the RFP, and help as a liaison with the RSENR Pre-Award Research Administrator to ensure timely submission. Requests for support can be made through the UVM Office of the Vice-President for Research (OVPR). Jessi can work with you to develop proposal writing plans and timelines, drawing on her previous experience as a project manager.

Depending on the season, outside of work Jessi can be found cross-country skiing, knitting, reading, writing, hiking, or having a creemee at the waterfront.
