The ETS department of Enterprise Application Services develops for and supports operational offices in their use of administrative software and business information systems, such as those used by the Registrar, Human Resources, and Student Financial Services offices. Together with Systems Administration and Architecture (SAA), EAS provides the tools and support that help to keep the university's administrative offices running.

The Identity and Account Management (IAM) Office ensures appropriate access to UVM's information resources by managing authentication and authority systems and services.
