The Tech Team serves as the main entry point for all IT support issues at the University of Vermont. Tech Team support services are available to all UVM affiliates, which includes current Students, Faculty, and Staff.
We respectfully request that those with support requests that are not urgent or related to academic success submit a ticket or email techteam@uvm.edu rather than calling, as this will help us to more efficiently respond to your (and everyone else’s) requests.

For in-person assistance, visit the Computer Clinic located at 26 University Place, Ira Allen I-117. Enter from the east side of the building; no appointment necessary!
Hours of Operation
The Computer Clinic will be closing at 3pm on Monday 10/20. We will return to normal business hours beginning at 8am on Tuesday 10/21.
