Associate Professor, Emeritus

Stephen Pintauro retired in December 2018 having been a faculty member at UVM since 1981. A scientist who developed multimedia computer tools that made learning about food and nutrition easy and fun, he continues to teach NFS 5253: Food Regulation in the fall semester.
