Associate Professor, Retired

Stephen Pintauro retired in December 2018 having been a faculty member at UVM since 1981. He continues to teach NFS 253: Food Regulation in the fall semester and NFS 243: Advanced Nutrition in the semmer session.

A scientist who developed multimedia computer tools that made learning about food and nutrition easy and fun. Retired Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences.
