Counseling through CAPS and WellConnect, as well as Primary Care through the Center for Health and Wellbeing, are available to students for free, regardless of insurance.

  • Submit an excused absence request through Oasis. Your reason can be as detailed or as vague as you need it to be, but should reference the criteria in the Attendance Policies listed in the Student Handbook (the Foundations Attendance Policy and the Clerkship Attendance Policy and
  • If an M1 or M2: Contact Course Director to determine next steps. Expect to make-up missed material. OR, if in clerkships: Message your attending or team for the day to let them know you will be absent.
