Swipe Out Hunger

Swipe Out Hunger is for students who live off campus (undergraduate, graduate, and medical) who are struggling with financial difficulties and experiencing challenges paying for food. Swipe Out Hunger offers short-term help until you are connected with sustainable funding or other resources.

As a student you can qualify for up to 14 meal swipes per academic year to purchase food from select dining locations at UVM. Funding is limited and enrollment is based on the honor system.

If you submit a request it will be fulfilled within3-5 business days if you do not have an active meal plan with adequate resources. Please check your UVM email for information on using your swipes.
