|Aerial Detection Survey Spatiotemporal Analysis Toolkit|
This file contains an ArcGIS 10.5 toolbox and two associated python scripts that allow a user to analyze patterns over time in the regional disturbance dataset assembled by FEMC. Users can run the toolkit on all polygons in the regional dataset, or they can select a damage agent, a damage type, or both. The tool identifies overlapping areas of disturbance, and computes basic information such as the first and last years of damage, the number of years damaged and ranges in severity (when available).
