Friday, December 13: Biological indicators: What, how, and why with Dr. Deborah Neher, Professor Emerita, Department of Agriculture, Landscape, and Environment, University of Vermont.
Monday, December 16: Is soil health connected to carbon persistence? What management practices promote long-term carbon storage with Dr. Caitlyn E. Hicks  Pries, Associate Professor, Department of Biological Sciences, Dartmouth College.

The mission of the Tri-State Dairy Team is to unite Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont in advancing dairy management through collaborative educational programs, addressing shared industry challenges, and fostering innovation across northern New England.

Starting in January 2025, join the team of Dairy Extension Professionals from UMaine, UNH, and UVM and guests for live monthly webinars held on the last Wednesday of each month from 11:30am-12:30pm.  Sessions will focus on current dairy research and programs happening in the tri-state region, including interviews, presentations and roundtable discussions.   Tune in live to stay up-to-date and join the conversation.  All sessions will be recorded and posted to the UVM Extension Northwest Crops & Soils Program YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/cropsoilsvteam.

The dates and possible in-person site locations have not yet been determined for the 2025 NMP classes, which will run for 6 consecutive weeks in January and February 2025. Class hours are 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and include lecture and NMP work time. This class is being offered virtually and possibly in-person.
