Given the current COVID-19 situation, the University of Vermont has required that events after March 18th with more than 25 people needs to be cancelled. Therefore, we are canceling the 2020 Grain Growers Conference scheduled for March 24, 2020 at The Essex Resort & Spa.

Join us on March 24 as we welcome Amber Lambke to the Grain Growers Conference as our keynote speaker! Amber is the founder and president of Maine Grains, Inc., which can be found in specialty food stores and is used by bakeries, breweries, and restaurants throughout the Northeast. She is also a founding member of the Maine Grains Alliance. Amber has worked with local business leaders and community members to successfully bring the cultivation and processing of grains back to Skowhegan, Maine.

Get to know what local opportunities are available for grain growers by meeting local buyers in the region. Additional conference sessions will include: sensory analysis, tasting panels, producing seed, no-till in organic systems, UVM research results, and much more! Don't forget the hands-on baking sessions, which will include Baking Theory, Old World Grains, and Baking Bread for Busy Farmers.
