| Anjana Gupta B. Environmental EngineeringI am Anjana. I was born in India but grew up in Qatar my whole life. I’m a junior (will be a senior in fall2026) majoring in Environmental Engineering. I’m the Vice-president of both Jazbaa (Bollywood dance club) and International student club. This is my first year as CEMS Peer mentor but I was previously a grader! I’m also an assistant student advisor for CEMS students services. I enjoy travelling, playing tennis, crocheting, reading and a big fan of watching movies (any language). |

| Lena Bromberg Biomedical EngineeringLena is a sophomore Biomedical Engineering major with a minor in Law and Society. This is her first year within the Peer Mentor program, and she’s very excited to get to know the CEMS students! Lena is also involved in the STEM Scholars program at UVM and performing undergraduate research in the Biology and Neuroscience department. Outside of academics, Lena is a tour guide, a first-time orientation leader, and involved in a number of clubs on campus. In her free time, she loves to try out new coffee shops, go to arts productions, and hike! |

Gabby works in a pulmonary research laboratory at UVM and this past summer she completed an internship with Novo Nordisk in product optimization. In her free time she enjoys skiing, playing basketball on the women's club team at UVM, and hanging out with her friends. |

She is from Westerly, Rhode Island, and this is her second year as a CEMS Peer Mentor. On campus, she is the Domestic Project Lead for Engineers Without Borders. When she’s not studying in a corner of the library, Maisie enjoys reading, baking cookies, playing guitar, making sure she keeps up her Duolingo streak, and taking pictures of the sunset. |

| Taylor Seitz Biomedical EngineeringTaylor is a senior studying biomedical engineering and minoring in Chemistry from Buffalo, New York. This will be Taylor’s third year as a CEMS Peer Mentor. Besides being a peer mentor, Taylor is a researcher in the Freeman Trauma Physiology lab in the College of Medicine, and the Nanotechnology and Biomaterials Lab within the BME department. Outside of school, Taylor enjoys running, baking, and active involvement in her extracurriculars organizations. She spent this past summer interning in Seattle, WA, where she worked on optimizing CAR-T cell therapies for a pharmaceutical company. |
| Jack Thompson Mechanical EngineeringJack Thompson is a senior in Mechanical Engineering from Harwich, Massachusetts. This will be his third year as a CEMS Peer Mentor. Jack enjoys fishing, building wooden boats, and planning trips out on the ocean. Jack plans on using a boat he had built a few years ago to travel from the ocean into a reclaimed cranberry bog near his house. |
