Credits remaining at UVM: Distribution/CCC: 6-8 credits in the same foreign language at the appropriate level, as determined by the offering department. Typically these courses carry GC2, OC, and/or WIL2 designations. Need 40 unique CCC credits. Major: HST 2050, complete 15 credits in one concentration (American History, European History, African/Asian/Middle Eastern/Global) and 6 credits in each of the other 2 concentrations plus 3 Elective credits*. Major Notes: *Courses completed at CCV based on Pathway plan can apply to UVM HST Major requirements, but applicability depends on selected concentration. A maximum of 12 credits can be at the 1000-level; 6 of those credits must be taken at UVM or on a collegiate study abroad program. At least 18 credits, including HST 2050, must be at the 2000-level or above.
