Who we are, what we do, why it matters
Our purpose:
The cancer center is a research institute, an educational entity, a community organization, and a clinical care facility all in one! Our "four pillars" - research, education, community outreach, and clinical care - support the mission of the Center.
Our mission:
To reduce the burden of cancer in Vermont, northeastern New York, and across northern New England through research, outstanding clinical care, community outreach, and education.
Our vision:
Working together, affiliated members, clinicians, scientists, and community stakeholders will be leaders in facilitating transdisciplinary discovery and achieving cancer health equity in northern New England.
