Signature Events

4/20 5k for Wellness is an annual tradition, running 10 years strong! The event includes food trucks, giveaways, and raffles.

Glow Cycle: We partner with Campus Rec to host this healthy Halloween program.

COMU1010: Healthy Brains, Healthy Bodies

Introduces students to the science of brain health and supporting emotional wellbeing during the transition to college. Critically examines the evidence supporting wellness behaviors such as mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, relationships, music, and other practices. Catamount Core: S1.

For Fall 2026: Any student who is enrolled in this course will receive free access to the Central Campus Residence Hall Gym on the bottom floor of CCRH.
