The Program Assistant assists in the planning, marketing, and execution of events in the Learning Communities. The position also includes administrative tasks, event assessment, and collaboration with various campus departments and student organizations.

Assist students, families, and campus partners with housing and dining questions while building customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Provide front‑line support by phone, email, and in person to ensure a positive UVM residential experience.
