Step 1: Complete the Housing and Meal Plan Contract.
The 2026-2027 housing application will be open mid February through March 16, 2026 at 5 p.m. EST for current students required to live on campus. Based on the current number of students with a Fall 2026 housing requirement, we are expecting no housing to be available for students who do not have a housing requirement. Students without a housing requirement are encouraged to consider our Apartment Communities or look for off-campus housing for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Step 2: Participate in Room Selection
Once you have submitted your housing contract, you will have the opportunity to select your room on campus. If you created a roommate group in your housing contract, you will select a space with those students. If not, you'll select a space as an individual. Please view the Room Selection tab below for dates and more details.
Step 3: All Set!
Sit back and relax! You've completed the room selection process and can now prepare for Move-in on Sunday, August 30th. If you are seeking a room change or bed swap, please note that we are unable to process those requests until students return to campus in August. Please review our Room Changes page and the accordion at the bottom of this page for more information. Enjoy your summer!
Things to Keep in Mind

- Global Connections: Living/Learning A, B, C, D, E
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Mason, Simpson, Hamilton
- Leadership and Social Change: Christie, Wright, Patterson
- Outdoor Experience: Coolidge, Redstone, Slade, Davis, Wilks, Wing

- Wellness Environment: Converse

Suite Selection
At this time, the only available path for students interested in Living/Learning suites is to form roommate groups of two. (Students interested in Back 5 suites can form roommate groups of 2 or 3). During room selection, the first group that is able to assign themselves to a suite should then communicate the specific suite location to the other groups or individuals they hope to live with. Those students can then search for that suite during their own selection time and attempt to assign themselves to the remaining spaces. It’s important to note that this approach comes with no guarantees. Availability and , selection times, and system dynamics all play a role, and we cannot ensure that all members of a desired suite will be able to select into the same space.

Room Types and Costs
We provide a list of room rates and a breakdown of all our spaces by pricing tier.
Disability Accommodations
Accommodation requests are handled through the Office of Accessibility Services and must be renewed each academic year. Please contact them in order to meet their approval deadline of February 15th for best consideration. Requests submitted after this deadline will only be met in accordance with room availability.
Room Change Requests
Students who are interested in changing their housing assignment have three options; Bed Swaps, Pull-Ins, and Room Swaps. Both of these processes begin in the Fall semester. Please review our Room Changes for more detailed information.
