UVM Affiliate housing is off-campus housing that is managed by other Burlington entities in partnership with UVM. Students are eligible if one of these requirements is fulfilled:

• Undergraduate students who have fulfilled their four-semester residency requirement, or who did not have a residency requirement
• Graduate students
• Transfer students over 20 years old  (full-time enrollment status required)
  
  Redstone Lofts and Commons are available to transfer students over 20 years old and undergraduate students classified as a junior or senior, and graduate students.  Full-time enrollment status required.
