Andrea joined the UVM Extension Northwest Crops and Soils team in January 2022 as an hourly wage employee. Andrea comes to us with knowledge on culinary and nutritional aspects of grains, as well as many years of baking and chef experience. She also has experience in organizing and managing sensory evaluation panels, data collection, and evaluation, as well as with preparing engaging instructional materials. She will assist the Sensory Program, as well as support the Northern Grain Growers Association (NGGA), and our other related research projects in the NWCS program.
