Miranda Degreenia is a two-time UVM CALS alum, earning a B.S. in Community and International Development in 2025 and a Master of Public Administration in 2026. Now returning to CALS Student Services as the Events Specialist, she brings a strong passion for community-centered programming and the cultivation of social capital. A first-generation college graduate from Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, Miranda is committed to fostering belonging and providing meaningful support for CALS students. Her professional experience spans across sectors, including research and communications internships with Burlington-area organizations, disaster recovery work following the Great Vermont Flood of 2023, and most recently, programming, marketing, and outreach at the Bixby Memorial Free Library in Vergennes.
