Doug Wendell is a seasoned strategic finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and executive leadership. Throughout his career, he advised managementteams and corporate boards on strategic and financial priorities including mergers & acquisitions and debt & equity financings.
Doug began his career as a Trust Officer in the International Client Services group at The Northern Trust Company. During his tenure in investment banking at Citigroup and Jefferies, he led teams supporting clients in the software industry. He also led the recruiting and training initatives for new associates. Doug served as Chief Financial Officer at Quickbase, a private equity-backed application development software company, and Cogito, a venture-backed software company that provides AI-driven solutions for call centers. Doug is also an Emergency Medical Technician and a member of the Mount Mansfield Ski Patrol at Stowe Mountain Resort.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
