The Washington Center
Live in the Global City and participate in a 32hr/week internship gaining career-forwarding skills and engaging with a national network of peers and alumni - all while earning 15 UVM credits!
Arts in Action
Engage your passions for arts and social activisim in this semester-long internship program while living in NYC and earning 15 UVM credits!
Summer Internships:
Each summer, CAS sponsors a small handful of paid internship opportunities working with the Fleming Museum, Vermont Public, MAZON: a Jewish Response to Hunger, The Burlington Free Press, and the Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty.
The College of Arts and Sciences is proud to sponsor unpaid or underpaid internship experience with scholarships up tp $4000 per student.
Online Programs:
Global Career Accelerator - New!
The University of Vermont has partnered with Podium Education to offer a 4-credit, online Global Career Accelerator. In this program you will tackle real-world problems in a global context while learning an in-demand technology skill. You'll work with students from over 40 countries on both asynchronous and synchronous coursework in one of four tracks: Digital Marketing, Coding for Web, Data Analytics, or Coding for Data. Ideal for the liberal arts student looking to add marketable skills to their repertoire!
