On Saturday August 6, 2022, the latest Grossman School of Business, Sustainable Innovation MBA cohort graduated. At their inauguration ceremony, forty-five new graduates are now ready to use business as a force for good.
The cohort were addressed at the ceremony by acting Grossman dean Barb Arel, program academic director Professor Chuck Schnitzlein, UVM provost Patricia Prelock, class speaker Liz Helm, and inauguration speaker Kyle Clark, CEO and Founder of pioneering electric aviation company BETA Technologies.
Eleven students, Maria Angelica Diaz Cabrol, William K. Corbett Jr., Patrick Liam Donohue, Carly Jean Joos, Joshua L. Kriesberg, Zoe Kurtz, Nicole Elizabeth Mallett, Cody Plante, Juan Camilo Botero Sierra, Taylor Raymond Smith and Daniel Weisman, were also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma; the prestigious, international honor society for business.
Carly Joos was the winner of the Severance Graduate Excellence Award.
