The Vermont Center for Cardiovascular and Brain Health (VCCBH) is an NIH funded Center of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) that provides a platform to build sustainable research programs built on the exceptional potential of early career faculty. We study the vital health problems facing society.

Co-Director's Corner
This year we awarded funding to two new Research Project Leaders and two $180,000 FIRE Grants. Faculty garnered $14 million in new grants since 2020, and are publishing in major journals like Nature Communications and Diabetes Care.
