Education

The nationally acclaimed Vermont Integrated Curriculum educates students as competent, compassionate physicians with an emphasis on professional and leadership skills.

Clinical Clerkship

Our seven-week clerkship improves students' understanding of reproductive transitions (puberty, pregnancy, and menopause), and the effects on women's health. Students learn to support patients’ emotional and physical well-being with healthcare professionals and manage reproductive health issues.

Fourth Year Electives

We teach Senior Selective rotations to UVM and other visiting medical students, allowing those interested in OBGYN to explore specialties and to develop faculty connections. Participation in our extramural rotations are encouraged for those applying to the UVM OBGYN Residency Program.

Graduate Students and Post Doctoral Education

We foster collaboration between physicians and scientists in reproductive medicine. Graduate students and post-doctoral fellows can work alongside clinical Fellows to merge basic and clinical science in their training. Post-doctoral research opportunities are dependent on funding and availability.
