Susan (she/her) is the Medical Records Specialist.  She is responsible for the administrative process of all medical records, medical referrals, and the processing of prior authorizations for procedures with insurance companies.  She is dedicated to ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of the patient’s health information.  She is detailed-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills, allowing her to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and other staff.
