Sarah Weinstein (she/her) received her undergraduate degree in psychology and masters in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Vermont. Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Sarah’s areas of interest include but are not limited to developmental concerns of college students, relationship concerns, family systems, sexual violence survivors, LGBTQA concerns, anxiety and depression. She is emotionally focused using body based interventions and exploring early life experiences to help tap into our innate internal wisdom and power held by the body, mind and spirit. Sarah encourages conversations and understanding in session around how different identities can impact not only a person's day to day life/wellness, but also the therapeutic relationship with their counselor.
