Lo (they/he) provides Individual, Sex, and Relationship Therapy with a special focus on trauma and anxiety. EMDR certified, Lo enjoys utilizing this and many other therapeutic skill sets, tailoring therapy to each person. They approach therapy as a collaborative dynamic full of growth, possibility, and meaningful change. He prioritizes safety and empowerment in the creation of a healing, therapeutic relationship. In life, and in practice, they center intersectionality, decolonization, queer/trans/gender diverse experiences, disability justice, and Health at Every Size (HAES) principles.

For over a decade, Lo has been incredibly passionate about creating access to, and delivering, quality therapy. He has experience in various clinical settings in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New England. Lo joined CAPS in 2023, looking forward to providing holistic therapy to the students here at UVM.

Some things you can expect in your work together: somatic work, humor, gentle challenges, and a space to be yourself. This creates a relational experience that prioritizes your ability to make significant mindbody connections and shifts, leading to long term growth along with healthier patterns and relationships to self and others.
