Cynthia Smith (she/her) is a physician at Student Health Services. She received her undergraduate degree in Classics-Latin from Harvard University and her MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Smith completed her residency in Internal Medicine at UVM/Fletcher Allen and has worked as a dedicated primary care internal medicine physician in Vermont for 17 years, most recently at Central Vermont Medical Center before coming to UVM in 2019. When not doctoring, she enjoys playing the French horn,  snowboarding,  and with her partner tending a small flock of adorable rescue sheep.
