Our licensed Behavioral Health Provider is here to help you with your emotional, physical and social wellbeing, and to support positive change.

Common topics that come up in sessions include:

  • Sleep: Get tips and tools to help you fall asleep and stay asleep
  • Stress Management & Mental Health: Get support in your adjustment to college.
  • Substance Use: Explore your relationship with substances and develop ways to address substance concerns with those you care about.
  • Nicotine Cessation: Learn strategies to cut back or stop smoking or vaping.
  • On- and Off-Campus Resources: Become familiar with resources on- and off-campus to help you stay on track inside and outside the classroom.

Behavioral Health services are available at no cost to students who have paid the UVM health fee or comprehensive fee.
