Natural Resources and Environment | University of Vermont Extension | The University of Vermont(title)

Maintaining the quality of Vermont’s natural environment is critical to agriculture, forestry, and tourism.  And key resources such as clean water, healthy soils, and working landscapes are all vulnerable without sustainable management, arising from outreach and high-quality research, and the support of Vermonters informed about the issues. To this end, UVM Extension partners with local, state, and federal agencies as well as non-profit organizations to address water quality and environmental health in Vermont.
