We will be holding the UVM Tax School this year and it will be following a similar format as in the past. We will offer a Zoom option as well as live attendance for the tax school happening on November 3 and 4 in South Burlington. This will be a remote broadcast of the live tax school so you can attend in-person or remotely for the South Burlington location. The Killington in-person course will take place on November 10 and 11 and will be in-person only.

- Description: This is a long standing tax seminar (over 35 years) that offers practical education to those in the practice of tax preparation for individuals, businesses and trusts and estates. Over 90% of the audience are repeat participants. They comment that they come back because of the broad range of speakers that present on relevant topics to their practices. We touch on current topics as well as review common complications with tax returns. A few of the topics this year will include; New Legislation; including One Big Beautiful Bill Act, Small Business Retirement Plans, Gift Tax Returns, Trust and Estate Tax Issues, Individual Tax issues, Business Tax Issues and many others. In addition, the VT Department of Taxes will be present to offer the latest information and answer questions. You will have the option of two hours of Ethics CPE if you take an additional Bonus Ethics course.
