BIO
Whitney Northrop has worked for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences since 2012. Whitney was born in central Vermont and holds two degrees from the University of Vermont. She earned a B.A. of Psychology and a M.Ed. in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on higher education and trauma informed practices.
In her current role as Associate Director of CALS Student Services, Whitney works closely with students, families, faculty and staff. One of her main responsibilities is serving as the point person for student support offices (i.e., Student Accessibility Services, Student Health, Counseling and Psychiatry Services, Dean of Students office). She also maintains student records and ensures that all students have met their requirements for graduation.
