Lily Burnham serves as the Recruitment and Student Success Advisor at the Grossman School of Business, where she supports undergraduate students through individualized advising and outreach efforts to engage prospective students.
A UVM alumna class of 2021’, Lily holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing, a theme in sustainability, and a minor in applied design. She brings a multidisciplinary background spanning higher education, nonprofit leadership, healthcare, and retail marketing.
In her time at UVM, Lily served as a laboratory manager at the Vermont Bee Lab, where she performed RNA extractions, managed social media, and worked with the APHIS National Honeybee Survey. Outside of the hives, Lily competed in The Inter-Collegiate Business Competition as an accounting finalist in 2021.
With a deep commitment to student well-being and success, Lily is passionate about helping students navigate their academic journey and build meaningful connections at UVM and beyond. Outside the office, she spends most of her time writing, reading, and traveling.
