George Wrenn is the Director of Transformation Programs at ClearCompany, where he helps lead enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate growth, improve operational performance, and drive innovation. He brings deep experience across software, technology, and services businesses, shaped by 7+ years in consulting and hands-on work with companies ranging from early-stage startups to global enterprises.
Before joining ClearCompany, George was a consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised private equity investors and portfolio companies on strategy, M&A, and value creation. His work included diligence on deals worth over $5B, as well as multi-year transformations across sectors. Earlier in his career, George worked at Deloitte and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, supporting Fortune 100 clients and partnering with cloud hyperscalers on large-scale digital and cloud modernization efforts.
George has also advised venture-backed startups such as OpenLoop and CyberSaint, and co-authored a published paper on cybersecurity risk quantification with MIT CAMS faculty. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Vermont and remains active in the academic community, mentoring students and partnering with faculty to shape business education and applied learning programs.
