It has been 61 years since Arthur Tauber graduated from the College of Technology as a Business Administration major at the University of Vermont.

As a young entrepreneur, Art and his wife Sandy started Avanti Linens which just celebrated it’s 50th year in business.

They began their operation in a small studio on West 36th street in New York city.  Today, they occupy a 140,000 square foot facility for production and distribution of bath linens and products in Moonachie NJ.  They employ 200 people many of whom have been with the company 30 years.

The Tauber’s son Michael now serves as company President ensuring the legacy of this family business will live on.
