Tatiana Abatemarco is a lecturer in the UVM Environmental Program with an appointment through the Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources. Prior to holding this position, she was a Scholar in Residence at Green Mountain College, where she taught in the Masters of Sustainable Food Systems and Masters in Resilient and Sustainable Communities Graduate Programs. She also held the rank of Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies at Paul Smith’s College.
Dr. Abatemarco is a Center for Whole Communities alumni (2016); has worked as a USDA grant evaluator for Adirondack Farm to School (2015-2016); and served as the President of the Board of Trustees for Northern Lights School (2015-2016). She is currently serving on the Boards of The Whallonsburg Grange and The Lakeside School at Black Kettle Farm and is a founding member of the North Country Food Justice Working Group.
