Rose is a post-doc in the Rubenstein Lab, where she has a research focus on freshwater fish, specifically American eels. Her current projects investigate on the potential for American eels as a predator of sea lamprey ammocoetes, as well as generating a bigger picture understanding of eels in the Lake Champlain basin. Originally from New Zealand, Rose has a passion for fish conservation and improving understanding of all eel species.
