BIO

Mary joined the Rubenstein School community in winter 2025. Her role includes the management of equipment used by students and researchers in conducting courses and scientific inquiry in the field, as well as the transportation necessary to get them there. Mary's own experience with field-based classes were transformative in her academic and career pursuits, and she feels lucky to help facilitate those kinds of adventures for the students of Rubenstein.

Mary is a newcomer in Vermont and spends most of her time out of work exploring Burlington and the Adirondacks. She loves to sew, knit, and botanize.
